Before I started Mibootcamp I was stuck in a rut with no energy and feeling overwhelmed with life but this all changed after just a week. I quickly relaised I wasn't eating enough and I was doing the wrong type of training. I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with Mibootcamp and to see how far I can go... After wanting to get back into fitness and not really knowing where to start. I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and decided to sign up to the 6 week challenge. I’m currently on my last week and I can safely say it is one of the best things I have done for myself. In my time already I feel stronger and generally better in myself both physically and mentally. I’ve met some fantastic people along the way. All of the coaches are knowledgeable, supportive and professional. They all go out of their way to guide you no matter your ability. I really enjoy coming to the sessions, so much so I have decided to stay on and become a member after this week ends. I’m so excited to continue my fitness journey with MiBootcamp

Client Transformation Story: The Journey I Never Expected
I was never a “gym person”
—gyms always felt intimidating, like I didn’t quite belong. So, when a friend suggested a 6:30 a.m. boot camp
, I genuinely thought she was a little mad
. I could barely imagine dragging myself out of bed that early, let alone to work out! But I promised to give it a try, and I showed up.
One session—it’s all it took. I was hooked
.
It wasn’t what I expected. The trainers were beyond helpful
; they had this way of making everyone feel like we were in it together. Everyone was laughing
, cheering each other on, and no one cared if you were lifting the lightest weights or carrying some extra weight around your belly
. There was no judgment, only encouragement
.
To be honest, I’ve tried it all—gyms, diets
, even personal trainers. Things would work for a while, but I always ended up back where I started. But this was different. This team—Russell, Jo, Greg, Elliott, and Holly—changed everything for me. They didn’t just help me with my workouts; they made me excited to look in the mirror again
. In my mid-40s, feeling this way is… well, it’s more than I hoped for
.
Every session, I feel like I’m working with my body, not against it
. When I go on holiday
, I actually miss it—the camaraderie, the push, the laughter. I feel strong, capable, and yes, proud of what I see in the mirror

I originally joined mibootcamp on the 6 week challenge. Having not done any form of exercise for years I was apprehensive but I can honestly say I have loved every session. The PT's are so helpful and always on hand, the members supportive and friendly and the classes are varied meaning I never get bored of a workout. I've seen a big difference to my mood, eating habits, strength and body shape since joining. I’ve lost 4 stone and regained the confidence I had lost over the years. I’ve now been coming for 18 months and I can't ever see myself leaving! My before and after photo’s are a great way for me to reflect on how far I have come!I now work for mibootcamp as Head of Client Support – my personal journey has led me to having a passion to help ladies like me to gain a clearer mind, stronger body and get back to loving themselves again!Luv Jo x x
My Journey to a Healthier Me At the end of July, I decided it was time for a change. My weight was creeping up, my eating habits were all over the place , and I felt like I needed to relearn everything about taking care of myself. I was tired, unmotivated, and honestly didn’t want to set foot in a gym. I knew I needed guidance to really push me forward, so I joined MiBootcamp’s 6-Week Challenge.I’d been to MiBootcamp on and off over the years, and I remembered how good it made me feel . I knew that once I started again, it would give me that spark back. And it has! Since starting, my eating habits have improved, and I’ve lost over a stone . My jeans fit again, and the difference in how I feel is amazing!I still have goals to reach, but I’m finally heading in the right direction. The team of trainers is knowledgeable, motivating, and they make every workout genuinely fun . It’s such a welcoming place, where everyone is friendly and there’s absolutely no judgment .So, bring on the winter, the rain, the cold—I’m ready for it all!
Mibootcamp is a fun way to get fit outdoors. The lean plan is a fun and friendly way to get fit and also provides unlimited support to get the results you want from menu plans to specialist classes on the use of kettlebells. Russell and his team are great fun and new members are made to feel very welcome.
Russell and the team are great fun and really supportive. The best place to get fit and learn about nutrition. I Would definitely recommend it to any beginners wanting to get fit👍
